What was memorable.the whole hour and a half visit with Nurse Practitioner who didn't have any manners or consideration. Yes patients can hear through the doors.

Dr. Felix is very professional and personable, however, I find the wait time in the exam room is excessive. I typically wait about 45 minutes or longer in the exam room for the doctor to see me.

She is absolutely amazing! She did for me in one month what other doctors couldn't do in years! She's the best and really easy to talk to..

I am new to the Nashville area, and was looking for a doctor that could walk with me through my journey of fertility issues. The staff was very nice, and so was Dr. Felix. However, she never sent me a written/detailed copy of what we had discussed that would help me in the fertility process like I had requested, in addition to, I emailed and left messages for her several times. She would either say that she would get the info to me or I just kept getting the run-around. Maybe that experience shouldn't cause me to discontinue my services with her, but first impressions are everything, and she seemed like maybe she didn't need to take on any new patients at the time. My clock is ticking, I needed medical advice, and she was not as helpful as I had desired.

Dr. Felix is the most caring physician I have ever had. She is concerned and knowledgeable. The staff is very informed and attentive.

The whole package is worth any distance or time.

I have followed Dr Felix from Northcrest Medical Center in Springield Tn to Genesis Women's Care in Smyrna. Now that she has her own practice the usual problems that accompany larger practices aren't a problem. Her bedside manner is the best I or my family have ever experienced. She really cares. She is easy to talk to and speaks in a way that is understandable and respectful. She has been worth the drive. I've referred my friends and several family member to her and they all love her too. For the people who had bad experiences with her (I've read those reviews), I doubt it was HER that you had a problem with and most likely was a problem with office management or protocol.

I just attempted to go to an appointment with Dr. Felix today and left before ever getting examined. To start with my appointment was at 9:30. By 10:30 half the women who had appointments later then me had been called back and then I finally get called. I go back, give a urine sample, come out, and my nurse is no where to be found to direct me to a room. I wait and she eventually shows up and directs me into a room. After 5 minutes she finally comes in and tells me that Dr. Felix isn't even in the office because she had to leave for a delivery (which I understand but I could have been told this upfront and I would have rescheduled). At this point I agree to see the nurse practitioner instead. I'm handed a gown and the nurse leaves. I waited in that room for over 45 minutes waiting for someone to come in but no one ever did. I got dressed and walked out. One of the nurses asked if I needed to reschedule and I simply told her that no, I need to find a new doctor.Maybe it isn't Dr.… Felix's fault but the Genesis Women's Center is completely ridiculous. There is always an hour long wait and Dr. Felix doesn't really spend much time with you anyway. I will never go back.

All she is worried about is doing surgery. I'm not sure I even need it, but that is all that is talked about. Feel like not being treated as a patient. Can never get a retun Phone call. She will give you her cell number but dors not answer it. Going to find a new doctor who wants to take care of me.
