Dr. Cheryl A Canto, MD

I had gone to this doctor and Yes I liked her....then she broke her foot and she change alot...She perform like a surgery repair on my ear lob that didnt work then told she didnt know what she was doing...I had very high blood pressure and bloody nose..she told me to stop picking my nose....I had had 2 previous back surgeries and told her I had back pain...she told me I was her sick patient and acted like I was crazy...she finally did an xray....told me she didnt want to see me any more....Well I had to have my lower back fused...I was diagnosed with HCM...a heart problem...I think she became rude..overwhelmed....and blamed me.....it was truly an experience....I hope things are going better for her.

The most memorable thing about this doctors office i can say is the two weeks i waited to get a response after being referred by my doctor. Then after finally getting a response they only had my daughters information not mine so after i repeated it again i had to wait for a call back. A week later i called them again they still had not registered me only my daughter. They asked for my insurance ,my address and all information again i told them they already have it , they said they still didnt. At this time i cancelled my visit for my daughter and told them i would ask my insurance to suggest a more competent efficient staff. Since im new in the area i thought this would be convienient . It was anything but!!

I've been seeing Dr. Canto for 6 years now. She is one of the few physicians I've ever encountered that is willing to listen and discuss concerns.

I wouldnt recommend this doctor to anyone she is hard to understand and is rude
