Dr Cheryl Citron was very professional & very thorough & made you feel very comfortable I had a very good dermatologist in NYC but I know longer wanted to travel to NYC. I now know her examine was much more thorough then my doctor in NY. She explained thinks carefully & showed you pictures so you would have an idea what to expect when you started the treatment.

I had an appointment with Dr. Citron about a month ago and I was treated to one of the best doctor/ patient experiences in my over 50 years. Even though her office was busy Dr. Citron took the time to meet me, understand my medical problem(atopic dermatitis) and concerns and treated my condition with much success. I have just made another appointment with Dr. Citron for a full body exam. She is the best dermatologist in her own private practice, not a group factory/ mill that many doctors have joined. You will receive personal private medical attention that you will never get in one of those large group practices. I want to support doctors, like Dr. Citron, who put her patients first before corporate medicine.

I was very upset to learn I was charged for 'acne surgery' after a very short first consultation for my 16 yr old. She literally took a tool, told my son she wanted to see what type of acne he had, popped one pimple. Weeks later I get a bill for 'acne surgery'. When I called to rectify this, not only did the billing department say I was lying, but the Dr called me and verbally abused me for a considerable amount of time. She said she was "shaking" she was so mad. The entire thing was completely unprofessional.
