She has some good staff, but is a poor doctor herself.

Very rude and insulting. Prescribed external skin cream for a bad tooth infection. Thank God the pharmacist caught the mistake before I put that crap in my mouth! Wrongfully accused of being a meth user because I have many broken teeth. Didnt waste my breath to tell her there were broken in Iraq when my face went into my gun mount. 3 days later and still in pain. Antibiotics are slow to work and she would not prescribe any pain meds. Over a 2 hour wait with only 3 people in front of me for routine physicals. Wear nice clothes and shave or you will be treated like a street urchin. Never mind that I have earned more money in last 18 months then her practice has ever done! Quack!

Was never so completely upset and scared after given a "90-something" chance of a blood clot by Dr. Decker and her PA. I left there in sheer terror. Was told by several medical professionals at the near-by South Lakes Hospital that she was out of line giving me this "diagnosis" without a Doppler Test! As a first time snow-birder, this was devastating the say the very least. I had a negative Doppler test and am just fine! Scare tactics are just not good medicine! And, Dr. Decker, I wish you well.........

When I went into the waiting room after I signed in I was relieved that there was only one other patient waiting go in. I was waiting over an hour to get in the treatment area and another 30 mins while inside the room. Dr. Decker spent less than 5 mins. with me. Not even an X-ray was done.(which I thought was warranted)It should not be called "Urgent care" at all. I don`t blame the office staff or the nurses, I blame Dr. Decker.
