Dr. Fassler has been my doctor for over 5 years. She has been tremendously helpful. She listens and really has been helpful in getting me some solutions to my problem. She is very thorough and looks at the details in order to identify the problem. Her support team is excellent.

I recently had my initial visit with Dr. Fassler. She had reviewed my medical history in detail, and clearly knew my history. She spent much more time with me than I am accustomed, very helpful explaining things and is crazy detailed. A fantastic experience.

When a doctor gives a patient a diagnosis of an auto-immune disease, of course the patient is going to have many questions. It was very clear that Dr. Fassler was not interested in hearing what I had to say. She seemed agitated when I asked questions. At one point after I asked a question, she told me I did not listen to what she said. The visit was rushed. She didn't explain how she arrived at her findings of my high thyroid levels. She went right on to prescribe a medication and my follow up appointment. Maybe bedside manners don't matter to some patients, but they do to me. I won't go back. I would hesitate asking questions going forward if I continued under her care.

Just because your numbers are within normal range doesn't mean you are doing fine. This doctor will not explore vitamin/supplement deficiencies. All of your health care questions and issues must be handled by your primary physician, as she will instruct you to do so. Your thyroid is the control center for nearly every fiber of your being and when it affects one, then options must be explored to correct and heal the issue. Personality should not matter when it comes to finding a doctor, however bedside manners do. Yes, she lacks in this area. What ever happened to the doctors whom took time to ask you "how you're feeling" and sought to heal you...not with just a prescription because the book says that's the answer. Hopefully this will help someone else find a better doctor for their thyroid care. God bless.

Dr. Fassler is probably the most courteous, thorough and knowledgeable doctors I have every been to. She explains everything and is glad to answer all your questions.

Dr. Fassler is an excellent scientist in the medical field. She is thoughtful, compassionate and very personable. Although she has a very pleasant demeanor, she is very serious about getting her patients to address their lifestyle and medical needs to improve their quality of life given their diagnosis. You will always know everything you can do to address your medical issue.
