Dr. Cheryl A Hayes, DO

Cheryl Hayes is one of the worst doctors in Washington state... I won't even put Dr. infront of her name, because she doesn't deserve to be called Doctor... This woman will write lies in your medical records, misdiagnosis, and falsify medical records to hide her sneaky snakey ways... She has to be one of satans spawns. Cheryl is FAKE- she double talks, when she's in your face she acts likes she's helping, but when she writes it in your medical records it's a whole different story. I had to get a second opinion, and I found out a lot of diagnosis she wrote claiming it to be hereditary when there were no findings of what she stated in her medical documents. This girl better get her crap together before she ends up in a class action medical malpractice!

She will write lies in your medical files with misdiagnosis, and falsify medical records. Dr. Hayes is a double talking snake that says one thing to your face then writes something else with no proof or backing to what she writes. Stay Away From This LIAR at all cost! I had to get a second opinion and was shocked at all the lies she wrote in my medical records. Someone's gonna end up in a class action medical malpractice, Dr. Hayes better get her crap together!

Have an L&I claim due to an on the job injury? Well then this is one place to stay away from, I'd even say that if you don't have a claim. When you are in the examining room with Dr Cheryl Hayes; turns out that what is said and discussed there ends up being totally something different once she sends in her 'Progress Report' to L&I. She has a tendency to hear things that are not said, say things totally different that as to what actually occurred, tries making physiatric diagnosis with out any educational background in the field and she tends to let her personal feeling over ride any Professional actions and or judgments. In need of a doctor who is a patient advocate, who truly cares and is there to assist their patients by giving them all available information in their case and leaving the decision to that of the patient... after all it is the patient who has to live with that decision in the end. Avoid Dr Cheryl Hayes at all cost and it will be to your better health in the… end... This is one Looney Doctor best avoided like the black plaque! Final thoughts; looking for a doctor to help with an injury, especially if it's an L&I on the job injury claim... Then if you see Dr Cheryl Hayes name or her Office Core Injury Management then don't walk... RUN AWAY best as you can and look for a real doctor!

Words cannot express how grateful I am for being introduced to Dr Hayes. I have seen so many doctors over a three year span; neurologists, sports medicine, PT, Foot Doctors....no one could figure out was wrong with me. Every day I was in pain and frustrated because all I ever heard was "your muscles are just tight, here's some pills and a PT write up". The day I saw Dr Hayes, about 4 years ago, changed my life. Within 5 minutes she knew what I had, of course, I didn't believe her though. I now know I have sacro-iliac inflammation and instability. For what other doctors couldn't do anything for years.....Dr Hayes did in minutes. We have done a couple rounds of Prolotheraphy and 1 run of PRP. The last time I had PRP injections was Dec 6th 2012. It has been 2 years of no pain.....pain so bad that I couldn't live a normal life. I have seen her for other issues, foot/knee problems, MCL sprain, HCG and let me tell you...If this woman told me "I saw a pig flying the other day" I would… believe her. She is literally an angel and is always continuing her education as a a doctor.

All the 1star rating reviews are spot on.... I would of not given her a star if I had a choice.... dr. Hayes just laughable!.... This Un-human being is going to end up in a medical malpractice if she doesn't get her crap together, she contradicts(lies)her medical records.

I HAVE KNOWN DR. HAYES SINCE 2003. GONE TO HER ABOUT MY RIGHT SHOULDER PAIN, HAD TO HAVE SURGERY AND I FEEL AWESOME. THAN IN 2010 I NEEDED HER TO FIGURE OUT WHATS GOING ON WITH MY BACK, MY HIP AND MY KNEE YES ALL THOSE PARTS AND ITS ALL ABOUT MY RIGHT SIDE. AND SHE DID. I AM ALMOST THERE. WHAT I LOVE ABOUT DR. CHERYL HAYES IS : SHE HAS COMPASSION, TAKES HER TIME WITH ME, SHE HEAR'S YOU & SHE FINDS A SOLUTION, SHE IS AWESOME AND SHE WILL MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER. HER STAFF WOW I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THEM THEY ARE AWESOME, VERY HELPFUL ALWAYS THERE TO ANWER ALL YOUR ? , RETURN YOUR CALLS. I AM GLAD SHE IS MY DOCTOR.

Staff is rude and don't know how to follow up. Dr. Hayes contradicts herself while diagnosing u and her PA just does what he wants and doesn't even match up with what dr hayes does WHAT A WAST OF TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So unhappy with the service from your staff in the front office it was extremly poor. You lost a patient

This office is a mess and very unorganized. Though the staff may be friendly, I would be afraid of this office losing my medical record. There are boxes everywhere and inconsistencies. They have medical assistants calling in prescriptions and not a real nurse!!!
