Do not be fooled by Cherly Hoffman as she is a radiologist and NOT a vascular surgeon. If you have an issue with your veins go to a Vascular surgeon NOT a radiologist.

I was referred to the dr for UFE because I have had fibroids that are growing at a fast rate and I have had sever cramps for many years. she told me that UFE would address my cramps and pain. I waited over an house past my scheduled surgery time in the prep room with no sedation. she never checked to make sure I was sedated enough before starting the procedure. I was crying out that I could feel everything and was in a tremendous amount of pain and she did nothing. I heard the nurses joking around on the other side of the room nowhere near me to help. It was awful and traumatizing and so painful. After the procedure she told my husband that I was "high strung". How offensive. She didn't tell me that I had to spend the night until I was in the prep room which threw me for a loop right before the procedure and stressed me out even more. I just went to my post op appt and she was cold as ice and then told me that the procedure does not address cramps. she claimed that she never… told me it would help my cramps. why would I go through this pain and cost if it was not going to help with this agonizing problem - the reason I went to her. Very dirty business. dishonest, uncaring and out to make a dollar. I can't tell you what a horrible nightmare this is.

I was referred to this dr to discuss UFE to help relieve the severe uterine cramps I have had for years. she told me that UFE would address the problem and help. I waited over an hour without sedation in the prep room for my surgery to begin. she did not check to see if I was sedated enough to begin the procedure. I was crying out during the procedure telling the doctor and nurses that I could feel the entire procedure and I was in great pain. I was ignored. it was awful and a traumatic experience. she told my husband after the procedure was over that I was "high strung" horrifying. I just went in for my post op appointment and she told me to my face that the procedure does not address my condition of severe cramps and that maybe it might help but that is not what it was for. I am really horrified and in disbelief. The pain and cost of this procedure was tremendous. she literally claimed to my face that she never said it would help my cramps...why would I have gone through… with this procedure then??? she is clearly just trying to make a buck. she is not a kind or honest person

I went to see doctor Hoffman for UFE and during the scheduling of the procedure she was okay. She is very cold and not very compassionate. It’s been close to year from the time I had my procedure and my fibroids grew back. I followed up with Dr. Hoffman to let her know that the fibroids grew back. As soon as she answers the phone, she was extremely rude and insisted that my fibroids did not grow back. Keep in mind, I haven’t seen her for over a year. What doctor makes the assumption that there’s nothing wrong without having seen them. She was rude and took it personal. I went to see another doctor who confirmed the fibroids grew back. Dr. Hoffman is extremely rude and unprofessional. I would never go back to see her again.

Dr. Hoffman was extremely kind and knowledgable about my vein disease. She helped my pain disappear! I recommend her and her team.

Cold bedside manner. Very clinical . No compassion. No follow up visits, after surgery doesn’t take phone calls . Wouldn’t recommend.

Dr. Hoffman was extremely kind and thorough. Her staff too were so warm and caring. She took my problem seriously and helped me get better. I am grateful to the entire staff.

Dr went about diagnosis wrong,asked about Pain management and was very dissect full to me left feeling like she was judging me on my Pain!Is she a Pain management Doctor?
