She is awful, she uses pressure techniques to pressure parents to do what she wishes to the kids’ teeth, she tries to camouflage her hunger for money under care for the kids. She is one manipulative dentist. If you care for your child and their well being, stay away

My son has had trouble in many dental offices until he came to Dr Kelley's she was so kind and understanding explain everything to him was able to complete many fillings and now believe going to the dentist can be fun. Many thanks to her and her staff!!!

So thankful to Dr. Kelley for the wonderful dental treatment she has given my children. She truly cares about each of them as individuals, and this shows in her kindness and compassion at every visit. Thank you for treating our family in such a warm and welcoming environment. Was referred to Cheryl Kelley as one of the best pediatric dentists in Rochester. My five year old daughter had a pretty rough experience at her last visit and gets very anxious when she has things in her mouth because she is afraid to choke. Dr. Kelley had zero patience and spoke to my child and I in such a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. I understand my daughter was nervous and they could not proceed with her cleaning but telling a five year old she is being ridiculous and uncooperative is completely unnecessary. Not to mention the tone she was speaking in. When we left the visit my daughter even asked me why the dentist was "mad at her." To make a child feel this way in a moment she is terrified is awful and I would be embarrassed if I were Dr. Kelley. When I called to reschedule I was told that if my daughter did not "cooperate" at her next visit we would be charged for misconduct or something along those lines and have to pay out of pocket because insurance won't cover… it. I could understand if my child was simply being defiant and acting out but she was not, she was scared. Needless to say, I pulled both of my children from the practice.
