Dr. Cheryl Dawn Kovalski, DO

I had my last visit with her. Went in eager to share some good news and progress- I was met with interruptions, fault finding, negative comments re: grooming, weight, attire??? I was there for lab results and a check in on my CANCER and ANEMIA Been with her 7 years- this was shockingly devastating. She saw no merit in the progress I had made (multifaceted) and shot down any attempts to turn it into a positive office visit. I left crying so hard I could barely catch my breath. I felt bullied. I’m a 57 year old who’s grappling with many challenges including health. This bullying she came at me with? Not helpful. I’ve left her “care”. Best thing I’ve ever done.

I've worked with Dr. Kovalski for 2 years now. I was extremely scared when I went to see her and found her to be very empathetic and willing to take the time to go over all options with me and answer any questions. She takes the time to ensure you have all the information to make good decisions.

Cancer can be scary. Dr Kovalski helps educate and always leaves me with a sense of optimism and hope. Even with all the unexpected things that arise at times.

I was very pleased with the doctor and the other support staff as well. Seemed very understanding of how I was feeling and choices to be made.

Dr. Kovalski has gone above and beyond the call of duty in my case, and her care has been excellent. She is a lovely, caring doctor, and I am truly grateful for her expertise.

Dr. Kovalski takes time to explain and answers all questions She makes sure you under stand everything and is patient and caring. She takes as much time as needed to go overall the information and test results as well as future plans

POOR communication skills. Skimpy explanations. No empathy.

Cheryl was kind and caring. I never had any doubt about her opinions. Glad we met her.
