Excellent health care....busy office but they get the work done. Love the staff who reach out to help...use patient portal and get a timely response...great diagnosticians..caring

Dr. Leonardi defines excellence in patient care. She and her staff care deeply about their patients and it shows!

Spoke with one of the nurses, Linda, on the phone and she has terrible communication skills and gets frustrated when she doesn’t have an answer. She hung up the phone on me mid conversation because she got upset and when I called back to mention this to a different nurse there was no apology or answer for her actions. There’s no sense of control and there’s a failure to mention new policy to patients. This office will eventually go downhill solely because of Linda and her team. Oh and if you want to make a complaint about the way you’ve been treated think again because Linda is the manager/head nurse which is why I don’t blame the other nurses for their actions considering they don’t have a very well trained leader.

Been with her near three decades and appreciate her approach, conscientiousness & interest. Believes in prevention, etc.

Dr Leonardo is compassionate and thorough, treating the entire patient. She treats you as person, recognizing your patient rights. She always thinks through treatment by weighing pros and cons and shares this knowledge with you. My family has been seeing her & P.A. Melissa Conti for a long time and are thrilled with them.

I was a patient of Dr Leonardi for many years (before she moved into her new office and before PAs (when you could actually see her.) She is a good doctor and her staff is also very good but my feeling is they have outgrown being able to provide personal service. As mentioned ... Wait times and trying to get someone to call you back are lengthy propositions. But the line in the sand for me was when I was unexpectedly hospitalized for perforated appendix surgery. I called right after the surgery to notify the office and remained in the hospital for a week afterward. I didn't see or hear anyone from the office during my hospitalization but I guess that doesn't happen anymore. During my scheduled my follow up, I saw Melissa who reviewed my record and learned how sick I was so she went out to Get the doc since she was sure she'd want to check in ... but she must have been too busy so I waited (as usual) and left after a period when I realized I was sitting in the room and she… wasn't coming. Within the year, I was planning a move to Fl but had I stayed in town I would have looked for another doctor.

Dr. Leonardi is a breath of fresh air:) super intelligent, thorough and kind and caring. I highly recommend her !

Never had a pleasant experience at this office. In Dr. Leonardi's defense though, I've never met her. She doesn't meet patients, you only meet with the nurses. Wait time is horrible (measured in hours, not minutes and the staff are not friendly at all -- probably because patients interrupt them from not working.

It is very hard to deal with the appointment schedulers over the phone. You leave messages no one gets back with you. When you finally catch someone to talk with, she tells you find another doctor!! I haven't seen the doctor but the office management and the scheduling team is telling me a lot about her, Iâ??m not expecting a well articulate physician if she allows such behavior in her office.
