Mrs.Lerchin is an advocate for the employer and the insurance companies.. In my case she was willing to render an opinion without examination, and concluded that my injury was non existent, but due to a degenerative condition. Bullocks. Beware

In my report it states I was made aware that no treatment would be rendered and no physician-patient relationship would be established. I was not aware of any of this. I asked at your appt what it was for and I was told a check up. She did read any of MRI results correctly, if she did read them they were not documented properly in my report. I understand that there was not more that could have been done for me in my situation, and that was okay. Her docmuatuon was poor, her PT care confidentiality is clearly poor and in general I feel as if she did a bad job due to her judgment call with the information she did have.
