Cheryl Anne Luttinger

I have never in my LIFE been treated or talked to worse than I was by NP Cheryl Luttinger today!!! Unbelievable that she is even employed! The office put me with Cheryl for my last 2 appts bc she was the only one with availability... now I can see why! I was concerned about my due date being 2 weeks past what it should be based on my last period and me potentially delivering at 43 weeks if she was wrong based on an ultrasound done 20 weeks and 1 day after last period. She was rude, spoke to me with an attitude and said the new sono only showed my a few days further along so they weren't going to update anything. She also stated someone had already reviewed my prior pap results with me which they hadn't so I let her know that. Instead of just reviewing the results with me she argued with me that yes they did, they called my phone and she had a note saying that they did. Why would I even lie about that? Makes no sense. Just go over the results! She also got very upset when I questioned… why there was no chart notes, bloodwork results or anything whatsoever in my patient portal, stating that would just create confusion so they don't push any of that to the portal. By the end of the appt her attitude was completely unbearable and she tells me to pick a provider and come back in 4 weeks then slams the door. Just wow!!!! She has no right treating pregnant women or anybody at All for that matter! 100% do NOT recommend!!! I'll leave the practice before I EVER get seen by her again!!!
