My ailment was misdiagnosed. Was treated like I did not matter. Exam was awkward and she did not do an internal ultrasound for the issues that I relayed to her and it took me reminding her to perform a Pap. I felt like I was being discarded. Would not recommend at all.

Dr. Rips was everything we could have hoped for. She truly listened to us and took our opinions and desires into sincere consideration. She offered practical advice and always took the time to make sure we understood. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Dr Rips is the best gyno I have ever been to. I am so happy that another dr recommended me to her. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

In my first meeting with Dr Rips I had just experienced a recent trauma, I found Dr. Rips' doctor = patient relations to be very personable. She took the time to hear me and my views about my health. The result of that visit was she gave me information to go home and read and scheduled a follow-up. Our, second meeting was consistent with my first. In my opinion, Dr. Rips is more inclined to treat not just the particular ailment issue but the whole person. For this, I am grateful to have found her.

Good luck trying to talk to a nurse if you need a consult. Go through 3 minutes of recording and button pressing to end up at the beginning and there is no way to get to a real person.

Contacting Dr. Rips is nearly impossible, especially if you work a 9-5 job. The phone system requires you to leave a message for the nurse only to be called back at your most inconvenient times. Dr. Rips herself is a caring doctor, but getting an appointment and getting through the frontline staff was enough for me to want to switch doctors. She is very busy, and seems to me the "turn and burn" type of doctor. This meaning that she is running from one room to another, so you better know what your going to ask before she leaves the room!

I have been going to Dr. Rips for years. I have changed offices with her. She is wonderful and caring I have never had a better Obstetrician. Her nurse and staff are wonderful

She has been my OB?GYN for over 10 years and has seen me through 4 pregnancies. I have switched hospitals so that I could continue to be seen by her. I think her caring and professional manner is tops. She is very friendly and caring.
