This office is so unprofessional! Unqualified staff, rude .... unprofessional. .. If you can even gt them to answer the phone... so disappointed in the care I received ... never see Dr ...

Not a believer in psych medications or anything that even resembles a controlled substance. She will, however, run expensive, unnecessary tests and send her PA in to see you. Didnt see her once.

Dr. Cherl A Smith is of the most thorough ms I know. Love her office.

Horrible business and horrible person. Mistreats her staff and hold them accountable for her ineptitude. She has little to know leadership skills.

I'm a from out of town who relocated here and I made a huge mistake by going to this doctor. She took me off my anti anxiety medications and my pain medication without even touching me. She can't even get my blood pressure meds right. I had to go to the er and the doctor told me she should have me on a bada blocker. How does she not know that? Let's not talk about the waiting room it is a 1 to 3 wait and they are not very friendly. She had the nerve to say bad things about the doctor I was seeing because of what meds he prescribed me. IDk what happened to good doctors???

I have been seeing Cheryl for many years. I say Cheryl because I do not only consider her my Doctor, but also as a friend who takes the time to listen to me and talk about my best options. I am confident in her diagnoses and know that if she refers me to a specialist, it is for my best interest. She has always been up to date on my visits with all health conditions, including any hospital stays. She has even called my home when I have called her office asking to speak to her. I have never had anyone in her office to be rude to me and have always been helpful, including her nurses.

this place needs to be shut down!! you donot see the dcoctor you see her practiciener!! what a joke!! and everyone that works in that place is not friendly at all!!!!

Dr Smith is a good doctor, who is willing to actually listen to a patient and then follow up with tests and meetings. She even called me one night after hours to let me know how a test had gone. She is a conservative doctor when it comes to giving out too many drugs and believes in preventative medicine rather than waiting until a patient is really quite sick. The only complaint is that she is hard to get to see and I have seen her Nurse Practitioner more, but she is quite good as well.

This Dr. is the most unprofessional woman i have ever met. She treats her employess with no respect. I worked for her as a nurse. I was diagnosed with the flu by her. She came in the room listened to my lungs and sent me home. She then sent me a $300 bill. She did absolutely nothing for me, but yet charges me $120 just to see me on top of a lab charge that I didn't even have done. I would not recommend this person to my worst enemy. She talks about her patient's when they leave. That is if she even sees them. Most of the time she's doing something else and has her nurse practitioner see her patients. Who goes to the doctor to see a nurse practitioner?
