Don't trust your child(ren) with this doctor or anyone at this office. Terrible staff, unprofessional, old and outdated office space and hurts children. They hold down children to give shots and yell at parents when child is crying....unacceptable! Filing a grievance on this office next. STAY AWAY!!

I have 3 children and they all went to Dr. Karam, Dr. Roi, and Dr. Sobocinski until they were too old for pediatricians--they all begged to stay. There is not enough positive I can say about each doctor in this group. Dr. Karam never hesitated to find the best specialists throughout the times one of my chiden had serious but puzzling health symptoms. Her research into the possible problems was vital in finally getting things sorted out, resulting in multiple diagnoses. They all were patient, and made sure both the parents and the child always had a full understanding of exactly what was being done. The staff treated everyone like family; and were kind, sympathetic and informative when called about any concerns. You were always given an appointment for that day if a child should be seen, yet they rarely ran late despite the squeezed in appointments. In twenty one years, I only know of a few times we waited more than twenty minutes; and unless your more than 15 minutes early or late,… you were usually called in less than 10 to 15 minutes---even during cold and flu season!! I've recommended this pediatric group to so many people, and every one of them stayed with that practice until their children "graduated" beyond pediatricians. Did I meantion that they are WONDERFUL with adolescents?

Dr Sobocinski has a fantastic demeanor with the kids. She's very sweet, and gentle. I love that she listens carefully to them, AND to the parent who has brought the child in. I absolutely adore the office staff here. 99% of them are beyond fabulous!
