Dr. Cheryl Ashley Trowell, MD

Dr. Trowel helped me control my ADD. I ABSOLUTELY loved her. she is so sweet and understanding and I will definitely come back to her. she is extremely intelligent and cares about her patients well being.

Never even got in to see the doctor. First, I made an appointment and then was called a week later saying I could see the PA at the same time, because the doctor was not available. Reluctantly, I agreed, because I really needed to get in to see someone. When I arrived at 12:45, they told me that my appointment was not at 1:00 but at 12:30. So according to them, I was 15 minutes late. They would not take me and pretty much called me a liar when I said my appointment was at 1:00. I KNOW they told me 1:00. Do not appreciate the snippy receptionist treating me (someone old enough to be her grandmother) with such disrespect.

We love Ashley but the secretaries have no clue what they are doing
