Dr. Cheryl Villamor-Nierva

She has no appointments available and it always is several months to get in to see her. She is always rushed and apologizing. I waited for over an hour and then she rushes me through to make up time. This is on-going. She is so scattered she doesn't listen to you. She doesn't review your chart before the appointment. I have been going for several years and I will not be returning due to poor level of care. She is either late, rushed or trying to have you come in early so she can leave early. She only works 3 days a week. When urgent care does better than your primary doctor it's time for a change. It's more about the billing than patient care. Go elsewhere and get better care. I kept giving her the benefit of the doubt, but I stayed too long as a patient.

Since Dr. Bracamonte left, this practice has gone downhill both in professional as well as the administrative areas. For example, we were assigned to Dr Villamor Nierva, who spent most of our first visit discussing billing procedures rather than our health issues. Another example would be administrative staff calling to discuss critical medical results rather than a physician, which Dr. Bracamonte would have done.

I've been to so many doctors and have never experienced a doctor that cared more and really took the time to listen like she did. I have extreme anxiety and she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.
