I have been in the care of Dr Aurora Badia at Florida Skin Center Ft Myers & Cape Coral for 10 years for regular Melanoma check ups and feel in very good hands with her. On a recent visit she took a biopsy on a growth on top of my head which returned cancerous results requiring Mohs Surgery. She referred me to Dr Chetan Vedvyas, the Surgeon at their Punta Gorda office. It was an excellent & successful visit requiring quite a large incision and large part to be cut out. Dr Vedvyas is a wonderful surgeon and a total expert in his and many other fields. He also has a marvelous personality and explains the surgery, the procedures, the after care and everything about it very well which made me feel at ease immediately. He also has a fabulous, kind and professional team working with him. The surgery went very well and was successful; and in 2 weeks I am looking forward to visit his office for a follow up and to remove the sutures. It was a bit of a scary situation before the visit. But now I… know that I am in the best hands with Dr Vedvyas. He is The Best !!!
