tHE WOMAN WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE TODAY 11/24/23 WAS EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE....TWICE. SHE ACTUALLY SAID SHE HAD NO TIME FOR PATIENTS AND GUESS WHAT i AM NOT A PATIENT. THE PRESCRIPTION FOR MY 95 YR MOTHER WAS SENT TO WRONG PHARMACY WHEN SHE WAS DISCHARGED YESTERDAY. IJUST WANTED IT SENT AGAIN TO CORRECT PHARMACY SO SHE COULD GET STARTED AS IT IS AN ANNTIBIOTIC & SHE DOES HAVE A SERIOUS INFECTION. THANK YOU DR STAFF FOR NOTHING.

You’re staff will be as good or great as the upper management. Not here!!! Alexis Cruz should be fired and her staff . They would rather her laugh and sit around all day and not get patient calls or check people in. News flash dummy how do tou think y’all get a pay check. Dr. Thakur has no clue . I over heard them talking and laughing about another patient who called in. Sad!

This doctor is terrible. My wife and I went to see him and it seemed like we were more of a burden to him then patients in need of treatment. My wife has diabetes and he told her she's a fat pig... at least that's what it sound like from his heavy accent..how rude nevertheless.We will never go back to that office again.
