Dr. Chhavi Chadha, MD

I was not satisfied with my care with Dr. Chadha. She largely dismissed my concerns and didn't really listen to what I was saying--she kept asking me the same information over and over again, and I even saw in my online notes later that she wrote down some information wrong. I had to go through some lab testing and she ordered the tests incorrectly multiple times--I went into the lab a total of three times and would have had to gone two more times if a lab technician wasn't willing to do an unordered but standard test, and then if I hadn't called to ensure the correct tests were ordered another time. She also had a pretty unprofessional encounter while on my video call.

Dr. Chadha, REALLY listens. She is compassionate and caring.

Dr. Chadha is a great doctor for reasons I will list below: She listens. This especially appreciated by a patient who takes the time to document her symptoms. She also took her time to explain things.

Dr. Chadha was very thorough with diagnosing my health issues. She communicated with great bedside manner, helping me understand PCOS and laying out a treatment plan that works for me. I never felt rushed asking many questions & she always took the time to explain things at the in office appointments and follow up call.
