Dr. Chhitiz Shrestha

Dr Shrestna and his office performed dental evaluations and procedures without my consent or knowledge that weren’t covered by my insurance and forced me to pay out of pocket. They only cleaned out half of my mouth and told me I would have to return for the second half. I just wanted a routine dental evaluation and cleaning and they and my insurance both told me beforehand that it would be covered.

As a new patient, due to en emergency, I was very pleased with the phone call to schedule a last minute exam all the way through to the procedure. Staff was pleasant, inviting and very clear with upfront paperwork and needs. Dr. Shrestha was prompt even though he had three other patients simultaneously. Along with the techs, he directly and fully explained his opinion, plan and procedure to rectify my issues. During the root canal and temporary crown, he took time to ask how I was doing and worked efficiently and accurately. His directions and expectations were equally clear and understandable. I have already recommended Dr. Shresthra to others.

Dr. Chhitiz Shrestha is the WORST dentist in Philadelphia. I highly recommend that you do not go to him. He's rude, always late, has a terrible bedside manner, he's a bully. I paid $3,000 for major dental care and I have nothing to show for it. He has no compassion for people nor does he know how to talk to someone. He doesn’t listen to anything you have to say. He may have “some,” not much of book smarts, but he knows nothing when it comes to finding the best solution for a patient and he basically just doesn’t care. If you got to him, GO AT YOUR OWN RISK!
