This review is not about Dr.Gan but his rude staff. Earlier I talked with the lady thr called Julia about 4:30 appointment. We then booked a 4-5 p.m slot for me and my wife. For some reasons my wife had to cancel out and told her about the same. I was under the impression that i would fall back to 4:30 slot. I took half a day leave and was heading for the clinic when this lady told me that your slot of 4 p.m has expired and she has scheduled another patient @ 4:30. Ridiculous.Needless to tell that both of us cancelled our appointments and would never go there back again. Want other people to know about this too.

Dr. Gan is the best doctor ever, have time for your question, he's not in a hurry, very accommodating. The best doctor.

I'm sorry, but after trying to deal with the telephone receptionist and her combative manor,I gave up and decided this office was NOT for me. Too bad,I heard Dr Gan was great.
