Dr. Nguyen grew up in the Los Angeles area, where her academic achievements started early on. She graduated at the top of her class from Hawthorne High School, where she received the honor of class Valedictorian.
She went on to receive her degree in Biology from UCLA, and received her dental training at Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine. She again graduated in the top of her class, receiving the distinction of Magna Cum Laude.

Dr. Nguyen has been practicing advanced dentistry since 2002, and stays abreast of the continuing innovations in dentistry through seminars and educational courses. …She is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, as well as the Tri-County Dental Society (which serves Corona).
