Dr. Chia-Yi Chen, DDS

When I call Dr. Chia to make an appointment, I told her Secretary I needed to be sure my insurance cover the consultation but she didn't answer me, so I call again and again, then she didn't take my call for several times and after two days telling her that I need to be covered or cancel the appointment she told me she will call me back. She call back the same day of the appointment and leave a voice message I didn't get, when I arrive to the appointment I told them again that I would not stay if it wasn't covered but she didn't say she leave the message telling me how much they will charge. I didn't understand what the other secretary told me about not being covered and she didn't clarify it wasn't covered on purpose, she didn't tell me before, as I told her several times I couldn't pay it, it was going to be 250 usd charged. After the consultation they charged me and I had no other oprion but to pay, I asked to talk to the doctor but she didn't talk to me and her secretary insulted… me, yield at me and pass my card several times in her machine. The worst experience I have ever had in a dentistry office. No ethics, no values, rude and fraudulent making me fall in their tramp to charge even when I told them I needed to be sure it was covered by the insurance.
