I was not interested to make a change but because of change of insurance, I had to select a new PCP. First i saw not nice reviews about Dr. Fan's Staff but I think, those reviews are not reflecting the reality. I found Dr. Fan really knowledgeable & not pushing to add more & more medication to the patients. Actually from the first visit she asked me to reduce the dosage little by little. The biggest surprise for me was, she is running a clinic not a shop like many other doctors who ask patients to visit & follow up visits so they can have a shop & patients should come every month. I will recommend Dr. Fan & will ask new patients to feel free to go to Dr. Fan. Be patient for the first visit because it may take time to enter new data. I did add my son also to Dr. Fan just by asking the forms so i can fill at home & dropped in clinic so If I have to bring my son, we will not have to wait like a new patient. I am glad that I found Dr. Fan & don't regret to change my insurance & the… Doctor as well.

Back in 2018, my father in-law was very sick. We did not think he will live pass summer of 2018. We regularly visit their primary, but no improvement. Their old doctor did not listen and regard him as just growing old. We are so glad that we did not settle. We found Dr. fan at Fairfield family physician. She is fantastic. She ordered lab, change his medications, order therapy, and assure us everything will be alright. She treat my father in-law with respect and care. My father in-law went from being nearly bedridden to walking and talking again. It’s been 3 years and he’s doing wonderful for his age. At Fairfield family physician, the office staff provide fast efficient service such as lab appointment, medication refill request, and questions regarding my health and well being. My pharmacy never have problem with this doctor office. I love their office and would recommend to anyone of my family and friend.

The services that I receive from Dr. Fan is excellent.  I was properly informed about my vaccine as well as general health. I would have no qualms in recommending her to my immediate family and friends. As a matter of fact, many of my clients that I've helped enrolled in health plan who happened to have her as their PCP, were very specific about choosing a plan that she is in network with.  They all have great things to say about her.

Dr. Fan is a terrific doctor. Her staff have always got me in even on last minute notice when I was really sick with COVID or flu. I have been seeing Dr. Fan for the last 4 years. She has made me felt at ease discussing all my many issues. I am more confident that I am on the right track to better health. Overall, I am very impressed with her knowledgeable, sensitivity, and how informative she is. HIGHLY recommend.

Very friendly service No waiting

My wife and I have been going to Fairfield Family Physicians for over 10 years. I would give Dr. Fan 5+ stars. Not only is she a smart individual, but she also has great bedside manners. Always happy to see me and smiling at every visit. Makes me feel welcome even on my worst days. I know every clinic can get quite busy. Her staff are great at getting back to me when I sent a web message through the portal. When I need to be seen on same day for acute needs, the staff are good at getting me in or set up on Telehealth.

Syed just now I requested a refill of a medication for a chronic condition that Dr Fam has prescribed before. 3 weeks after an office visit, a request for refill was denied by office staff. I would have to make another appointment. Ok. I have 2 days off in the next 2 weeks. I am almost out of the medication at this point. I have an appointment scheduled for 2 months in the future for a different medication refill. I requested Dr Fan review the request. No phone call. No refill. If there was availability for an office visit on either of my day’s off, I would have taken it even though that would mean I would be out for 1-2 weeks. No available appointment in person or online. I am an RN. I have managed medical practices for 20 years. This is not appropriate. It is a very poor practice. If this is her policy, she needs to find another line of work. If it is poor communication or denial by staff, they need to be educated and perhaps replaced. My family and I will not be returning. She… does not accomodate those who work and cannot just drop everything at the drop of a hat. She is not a good doctor for the common people who have to work and cannot drop everything. While I am sorry I did not ask for a refill on a chronic medication I just had refilled, this is extremely poor customer service. I KNOW from experience and knowledge of medical, billing and coding rules it does not have to be this way. It is nit right nor fair. At some point in her future, she will also face such obstacles. It is COMPLETELY the will of the physician. Perhaps she has so many patients, tge loss of 1 family won’t make a difference. Loss enough families and it will hurt where it voluntarily most. $$$

This is without a doubt the worst Doctor's office I have ever been to in my life. The doctors an nurses make no effort to get to know their patients or be knowledgeable about their history. The staff are condescending and down right rude. They conduct tests don't give or post results. They schedule appointments just to get simple medications refilled, then make you wait for up to an hour claiming that you were a "work-in" when no such discussion was had at the time the appointment was made. If you can go anywhere else. Do so. If this were the last clinic on earth, I would go to my dog's vet instead.
