I always have a wonderful visit… today was a little different… computers broke that wasn’t a problem… Then the Doctor took 15mins to get in the room, I was in a bad position for that time very uncomfortable. Laying my left arm extension was so bad… That still wasn’t a problem… I believe that anyone can have a rough day…. What was wrong was that I was in extreme pain the whole day til bedtime.. That was the first time that I was in pain after treatment. I wanted to give it a day, woke up better and not in pain, just a little sore

I have always had a great experience with my visits for my injections I love William and Bill I always call on them to give my IV because they only poke you one time and you’re in and out of there once I get there they get me to the back there’s so efficient clean just a nice visit all around and Dr. chitta I love him always a pleasure I can’t wait to get back for my 3 month visit great people ?? ???????? They always make me comfortable an take great care of me really respectful. never ever have I had a bad Experience with this facility just great

I’ve been seeing Dr Thia for injections about 3 years now. He does a great job. He is professional and compassionate. The facility is nice clean. All the staff are professional and efficient from the time you walk in till you walk out. However, this visit there was a gentleman that wheeled me out of procedure room that I felt uncomfortable with. He handed me my clothes to get dressed pulled the curtain with him inside. I waited to see if he was going to go out. He said “you can get dressed.” I said “I am waiting for you to leave.”He stepped outside the curtain. When he helped me into the wheelchair I did not like the way he grabbed me. I didn’t need assistance first of all. And he grabbed higher than my waist with both hands. I think he was in training so I didn’t say anything. The lady nurses have always been very kind and professional.

Dr. This is a great Dr that truly cares about his patients. He will listen to you about your pain, and deliver excellent care to help give you relief.
