complete waste of my time! if you want to go to an office with an incompetent doctor who rushes you out as you're still asking questions, face a money hungry manager, and practically have to beg the lazy staff for some help THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU !!!

I went in for my appointment, and didn't wait long at all. Nice office and good doctor. He specializes in gastro procedures, which take a long time, so maybe that's why other people complained about the wait. I would recommend him to other people.

the front desk girl has really bad attitude, bad manner and very unprofessional. i asked her 2 questions and she started to give me an attitude. i wont go back to this office because these staff dont know how to treat their patients right.

Beautiful office, convenient location, and great doctor. He's a popular doctor in the downtown/chinatown area, so a walk-in at peak times is not a good idea. Dr. Chiang has a anesthesiologist on staff, so I was knocked out for the entire procedure. He has a nice recovery room for post-operation, and I had a long nap there. The staff is also nice; they gave me water and a snack after my procedure. I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Chiang is caring and actually spends time with me. Most other nyc doctors I've visited tend to rush me out after 5 minutes because they are overbooked. Excellent practice overall, and I will go again!

This doctor has been practicing in his clinic for a long time, and I've had no problems over the past few years. There are also a few nurses and PA's who work at his clinic.

I had no problems with this doctor over the past few years. Mornings are usually packed, but there is no wait in the afternoons.
