my sister came in for abdominal pains, and Dr. Chan kept on misdiagnosed it for a whole year. This past month, she passed out and was rushed to the hospital. MD Anderson doctors diagnosed within minutes as stage 4 urthelial carcinoma/cancer, with a tumor about the kidney sized of a fist. How could Dr. Chan misdiagnose a problem like that?

Dr. Chan is very fast so there is practically no wait time and you are in and out within 20 mins. The facility has in house labs and xray's so you never have to leave to get tests run. You often know the results of the tests within the day which is very helpful. She always follows up and is very nice.

Dr. Chan is very quick with her exams. She is very helpful and explains when you probe her for more detail. Be ready to slow her down if you need more explanation or have other issues to discuss.

Shortened version of my experience: I went to Dr. Chant for a medical exam required by the green card application process. According to the application procedure, she filled out the medical form and put it in a sealed envelope and handed it to me. She got it wrong 3 times! On the third time I asked to double check the form before she sealed the envelope and noticed 2 mistakes! In the end the document was very important for me and she filled it wrong 3 times and had a very unpleasant attitude. She always seemed to be in a hurry and did not pay enough attention to what she was doing in my case. My green card process will be delayed 2-3 months because of her lack of attention.

I started seeing Dr. Chan last year after having some shoulder problem. She is easy to talk to like a good friend who listens, and she's good at what she's doing as a doctor. She had promised to email me some information about my shoulder, and she did. I am very impressed. Thank you, Dr. Chan.
