Dr. Chinwe Faustina Okonkwo, MD

Dr. Chinwe Okonkwo is a board certified internist. She is affiliated with KingsBrook Jewish Hospital but when it comes to her medical office at 887 rutland road, the service SUCKS. Her attitude SUCKS. she talks to her patients as if they are her children and as if they dont understand. she plays a role as if she is nice but she isnt. She is all about CHA-CHINGGGG. She wants new or cash patients constantly so her and her husband can put the money in their pockets. The interns there are nice tho. She never keeps anyone there long enuff to get to know them before she is hiring someone else. You dont feel welcome when you come to this place. Its OLD, run-down, they dont want to buy things for the office, they are always running out of supplies and dr.okonkwo herself, NEVER comes on time. She rather stay at the hospital or somewhere deal with patients. She doesnt like coming to her office. She calls in before she comes to see how many patients she has and if it is not enuough that she would… like to see, she will abruptly CANCEL. she is NOT professional at all. Her front desk does not know what they are doing. She sends patients for specialist that they have already been seen by. Every time i come for a visit at her office, she is ALWAYS running 1-2 hours behind, then she has the AUDACITY to bring her business there with her (insurance reps, etc), then go downstairs and sit there FOREVER like she doesnt have any patients. She never keeps any staff long. this is a run-down office and one where you DEFINETELY will not want to come to for Medical Services.
