Takes wonderful care of my brother

This doctor will not listen to you or take care of any of your complains, he gives you pep talk and rush you out. What a waist of time. And his office support is just as bed - they don't even bother to answer the phone in regular work hours.

Ethics of this doctor are -non existent.

Wonderful doctor, very pleasant, makes his own calls to check on patients and the wait time to get into his office is usually under 15 minutes.

I went to his office, he wanted to charge me 65 for copayment, and I refused to pay. I left his office and call my insurance company. My insurance company told me that he has a bad reputation over charging , and they changed my provider.

Always runs an hour or more behind. Walks between room to room not finishing up with one patient. Unprofessional slow stuff. Very hard to get any referrals. No respect for people time. Was taking Pap smear and he hurt my mom really bad. Not a good doctor at all...Does not care for patients.

He took the time to talk to me about my surgery. He made it less intimidating. I didn't feel rushed like some doctors rush off to the next patient. He is awesome.

Excellent service and patient care Dr. Mbaeri will always follow up with me.
