Dr. Chirag Trivedi, DO

April 18 I had a procedure, and Dr. Trivedi perform it without any problems. This has been a long time coming. I'm so thankful that this is the first time in years that I have received such positive results. When you have a positive team from start to finish I believe this helps in positive outcomes! Thank you each and everyone for your part in my morning.

Most though doctor I ever had and he knows what he’s doing.

I have only seen Dr. travetti once at which time he scheduled an endoscopy , after my endoscopy procedure that I wasn’t too excited about having because you have to go under anesthesia and there’s always risks. I was anxious to find out what was going on so I did what I had to do , I was told everything looked good, by dr travedi, but he was going to phone in a prescription. I was to take the prescription for 90 days and if it helped then I had Gerd, Well, nothing changed so I made an appointment to go back and see Dr. travetti , I arrive to my appointment somewhere is between 10 and not more then 15 minutes late. Trying to call on the way to let them know I was going to be late ( I had overslept I was in the emergency room the night before, and I told them that) , as no one answered the phone, answering machine was on. When I arrived, I was told I was a no-show and I could not be seen. I said I wasn’t a no-show. I went to the wrong office by accident, And I tried to call but your… answering machine was on, and they just said I’m sorry we can’t see you it’s Office policy.. I said it’s very urgent that I see the doctor I have been waiting for this appointment., and there was not one person waiting to be seen in the office., I pleaded to please talk to him , they went back and came back and said he will not see you because you were already marked a no-show. I left very upset. I called recently to reschedule. They looked my name up and said we’re sorry but we can’t see you office policy you were a no-show and you’ve made changes to an appointment so he does not want to see you. I was beside myself. I’ve never heard of such a thing. Not even sure if I ever made changes to an appointment. I only know that I wasn’t seen when I was 15 minutes late, but it was an accident to me, this is very unprofessional on his behalf. I have paid him for a service. I haven’t gotten nothing in return. My insurance has paid him. I do not owe him money I feel that I have been slighted and put through an endoscopy with no explanation of anything so possibly he doesn’t know what is wrong so that is a very poor way of letting a patient know that he doesn’t have the knowledge to diagnose. I am going to take this to the medical board.. the girl was very rude to me on the phone when I tried to make an appointment and asked for him to please contact me because she said they will not give me an appointment I feel as though I’ve been blackballed I have never been treated like this in my life. I am a federal employee I have Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance and have paid for a service, He and his staff are very unethical! Sincerely, Ms. Rossi

The staff was very attentive & pleasant, I was very pleased with my visit.

Unprofessional behavior. Dr. Trivedi displayed the most unprofessional behavior I've ever encountered in a Doctor or any other professional during my last visit to his practice. I will be filing a grievance.

The staff did a great job. I got in at a reasonable time. Some what later than scheduled. The nurses were exceptional good, very caring and considerate. The process went smoothly. Thank you so much!!!
