dont know how to send an email? original quote was $6920. I paid $2000. check 384 paid $2000. check 388 today check 421 $1000. so balance should be $1920 not what you quoted of $4040. so explain , correct your records and let me know

If you're looking for a dental office with a laid-back attitude, then you'll probably appreciate what this office. They're only open three days a week, and that should have been a warning for me. I grew very frustrated with the lack of interest in returning calls in a timely manner. Once of twice, I didn't get a return call at all. Dr. Martin's wife is the receptionist/dental hygienist, which might account for some of the slack in professionalism; however, she cancelled not one, but two dental cleanings with me. I can't afford to go several months w/o a cleaning because of previous gums problems ~ and they knew this, but weren't the least bit concerned. Dr. Martin saw me a total of three times over a thirteen-month period, and wasn't in any hurry to proceed in getting to the root (excuse pun) of the problem. In the long run, I ended losing a tooth because of the procrastination shown me at this office. Luckily, I have since moved on to an excellent dentist who is proactive in… listening to, and finding solutions for a patient's needs.
