Dr. Chris Hung Minh Truong

Dr. Chris Truong 
Dr. Chris Truong graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry Class of 2000.  Shortly after graduation, he became a professor at the College and taught first year restorative dentistry and third year clinical dentistry.  He developed a passion for cosmetic dentistry and joined the prestigious American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.  The Academy is dedicated to advancing the art and science of cosmetic dentistry and encouraging the highest standards of ethics and responsibility among its members. 
Dr. Truong enjoys all aspects of family dental care and has also developed a keen interest in jaw joint therapy or TMD (temporomandibular joint disorder).   The sophisticated field of dentistry deals with the complex relationship between the jaw joint and the occlusion (your bite).  Dr. Truong has been trained in the Academy of Craniofacial Pain. 
When not practicing dentistry or studying new technology, Dr. Truong is a member of the Board of Trustees for the …Vietnamese Baptist Theological Institute helping to train pastors for the ministry and traveling extensively in the service of his community.  Through his church, Dr. Truong teaches young adult Sunday school class of apologetics and systematic theology.  Dr. Truong also travels every year to third world countries as part of a team of doctors providing treatment to those in need. 
For fun, Dr. Truong enjoys volleyball, bowling, ping pong and martial arts.

Nhu Dao (Clinical Assistant) 
Nhu adds a dimension of tenderness and kindness to our team in caring for our patients. She is soft spoken yet thorough in meeting the concerns of our patients. She loves to sing and is an active member in her church. Nhu is certified in Bioresearch Technology used to measure and gather data for diagnosing TMJTMD including Joint Vibration Analysis, Electromyography, and Jaw Tracking (Electrognathography).
In her spare time, Nhu enjoys spending her time with her husband and their new precious baby boy.
Alberto Barajas (Clinical Assistant) 
Albert is member of our team, in patient care. He is a former Dentist in Mexico, but wants to start a new life with his family here in the United States. Albert enjoys learning new technology offered in our office and is always eager to offer his help in providing the optimum care for our patients. Albert is also certified in Bioresearch Technology.
Albert’s pleasant attitude puts our patients at ease in preparation of treatment with Dr. Truong. In his spare time, Albert enjoys fishing and jogging.
Heidi Tran (Dental Hygienist) 
Heidi has 15 years experience as a hygienist. She graduated from Baylor in 1994. She is married and has three children. When she is not working, she devotes her time volunteering at her children’s school. Heidi has a gentle touch and can also speak Vietnamese. 
Rebecca Le  (Office Manager)
Jan Floyd (Dental Hygienist)
 Jan started working in a dental office in Paris, Texas as a dental assistant her senior year in high school. After being accepted into Tyler Junior College, she came back to Paris and worked in the same dental office for 25 years. In 2005 she got her dental hygiene license and certifications in local anesthesia, nitrous oxide and soft tissue curettage. In 2007 she took business classes at University of North Texas .
Jan is married and has one daughter, one step-daughter, one step-son, and 4 step-grand-children and 2 cats. Sh
