Extremely rude

My wife took her 90 year old father to Dr Ullrich, and once again he and his staff were RUDE, DISRESECTFUL, and ARROGANT. Her dad is worried about changing Drs and who will be able to help him with his eyes, thus he feels helpless to say anything. Of the many, many Dr visits that she has accompanied both her elderly parents on over the past 4 years, Dr Ullrich's office is the worst by far and large. It's not just us. Just look at many of the other reviews; same poor RUDE MANNERS.

Waited over an hour for appointment. No apologies are anything for the long wait. Whole staff and dr are rude and arrogant. Left feeling like I smoked a cigarette after having a test done by one of the techs. Will never return.

He's a much more up to date provider than the older doctor in this location previously, the younger man who I saw before the doctor was very pleasant

I was there with my children last year. While I was in one room with one child, another was having his eye exam. I then heard a nurse screaming for help down the hallway, as I got up to check on my son, it was his nurse screaming for help as he had passed out in their chair. The staff came running down the hallways and were frantically trying to get it under control. The nurses were kind and got him situated, but offered no reason or explanation to what had happened. When Dr. Ullrich did come in the room to go over my son's exam, he didn't bring the incident up at all, and got up to leave and said, "if there's no other questions..." I absolutely had questions and asked him to go over the events, but I couldn't get straight answers or an explanation as to why my son would pass out during an eye exam and asked what other tests they did, etc. Dr. Ullrich said it was probably because we had the flu and it had nothing to do with their procedures. SO VERY ANGRY at the arrogance and… condescension when I had legitimate concerns and every right to legitimate answers.

I found Dr. Ulrich to be flippant and arrogant. When I asked I there was anything I could do to inhibit the growth of cataracts, he told me to eat more carrots. That was not the thorough response I had expected.

I choose him for lasik. The procedure worked out great. The staff was great. Answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend for lasik procedure.

Dr. Ullrich is a caring doctor who will tell you the truth and takes the time to answer your questions.
