I could accept his rude, arrogant and dismissive behavior if he offered any medical help to my injured foot. After a quick review of my X-rays he said the surgery would be difficult and suggested better shoes instead. I hope I can get a second opinion.

I had 2 issues with my feet. He dismissed both, checked for something I didn't need and offered nothing. He was rude, demeaning and disrespectful. I believe one foot has an ingrown toenail and he said just dont touch it. Thank goodness I can go somewhere else other than the VA because this Dr is terrible.

during the procedure, he broke both of my arms. awful I cannot believe him.

The overall quality of my visit was poor. I decided to visit Dr. Wainwright that same day and I realized how much better Dr. Wainwright is. He really helped me unlike Dr. Zenker.

He could care less about your health. Runs you through like you are just an animal. Provides no long term solutions. Makes no recommendations Could care less long term health care. Provides no advice or help and accuses other doctors of just making a buck for performing surgery - non VA doctors. He is rude and unprofessional and as soon as I can I am writing my entire experience and providing to my congressman and to any medical authority I can.

Myself and two other family members have had a bad experience with this Dr. He is a type "A" personality. Very rude, and condescending.
