It was my first visit, but I was very impressed with her bedside manner, and how she took time to visit with my family, and make us feel at ease about my diagnosis. The nurse Jeanette followed up and has been in contact with me this far. It's a long journey ahead of me, but I feel confident that God led me to this doctor, she showed us empathy, and answered our questions.

Dr Balanoff was a godsend during the diagnosis and treatment of my breast cancer. My family all lived out of town and when they arrive to support me through my surgery, she took the time to talk with them the day prior and answer any questions they might have had, making everyone more comfortable... What doctor does that anymore,she is one of a kind.

Dr Balanoff has such a calm and reassuring manner. I always feel like she really cares about me when I see her. She takes plenty of time and checks and double checks if I'm nervous about something. Out of all my breast cancer doctors, I alway feel so centered and less fearful when I leave her office. I highly recommend her as a breast surgeon. She's a class act.
