Dr. Christen Ann Morrow, MD

I had a frankly awful, discouraging & highly disappointing experience with Dr. Christen Morrow. Absolutely dreadful!From the start, she came across as indifferent, cold and extremely dismissive of my concerns. I did not feel listened to or taken seriously, which is especially upsetting in an emergency setting when you’re already feeling vulnerable. She continually gaslit me and seemed to be annoyed at my questions. At one point, I overheard her discussing my case at the nurses’ station in a way that felt inappropriate and unprofessional. It made me uncomfortable and undermined my trust in care. At one point I walked out to hear them laughing at and invalidating my concerns. Patient sensitivity training for this Dr and staff would be beneficial to encourage and patient centered care. I was also concerned by Dr. Morrows’ lack of knowledge about a very common condition that was relevant to my visit. Instead of providing clear guidance or reassurance based on understanding, the… communication felt inconsistent and extremely confusing. For example, she initially tried to arrange transport to the hospital, only to later tell me that I’d be fine. This left me feeling confused and unsure about the seriousness of my situation. Overall, the care felt inefficient, dismissive, and lacking in professionalism. I hope this feedback encourages better communication, respect for patient privacy, and more attentive care for future patients. Please do better!
