Went to appointment, was my surgery had to have a pre-authorzation I have waited for months and no one from her office has gotten back to me. I found out from my insurance company that it was not approved. I asked them why and found out they did not submit all the paperwork they needed. And they did not file an appeal and now it's too late I have to start the process over. Her office staff is rude and incompetent.

The office staff is horrible and my surgery was cancelled and I wasn't even notified and then could not get an answer as to why it was cancelled. Then after researching in depth, she is not certified in plastic surgery only general surgery.

If Dr. Christi decides to continue with UT Physicians, she better request a complete change of office staff (Sara, Tracy and all her office assistants) cos' they are the incompetent and unresponsive ever. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Months go by and no one communicates with you.

Dr Blakkolb has an excellent bedside manner. My surgery had to be canceled the day before due to an error with her team. No one from her office has contacted me since to make a new appointment or to discuss why I was told my surgery would be covered and then magically wasn't.
