Christi Garner

A compassionate and dedicated therapist with extensive experience in trauma-informed practices and specializing in post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, and soul recovery. I have a focus on military and veterans issues for part of my practice.

With a deep understanding of the complexities of trauma, I integrate somatic and mindfulness practices into my therapeutic approach, providing effective and evidence-based treatment for those experiencing anxiety, stress, and those in recovery.

With a focus on military family life issues for over a decade, I can relate to and empathize with my military families around the unique life challenges you face. We create sessions where you can be held accountable, and find space talk with a provider who can hold the intensity of your past and balance the desires of your future with simple steps to help walk you forward.

My past experiences with transformative work with communities of recovery, women's issues, suicide prevention and grief …have been the foundation of my 20 years of practice. My passion for body-mind wellness and transformational skill building comes through in all our sessions, helping you to find practices and skills that work for you to find healing and health in simple and easy to access ways that have you feeling better after our first session together.
