This guy needs to take a lesson on how to listen to his patients and not be a complete jerk. He didn't listen to my mom who was dehydrated and had a respiratory infection. She stated she new she needed an IV because she had low sodium, chloride and she's dehydrated. That was the reason she came to the ER. He stated "This is not Burger King. You can't just order what you want." Then when asked about a CT scan for pneumonia, he argued it for hours then said "Well, since you're getting all these other tests done that you don't need lets do this one too." He's rude, degrading and could be the sole reason we never go back to this ER again.

I was seen last week for a allergic reaction . I was feeling really scared Christian was excellent!! He listened to me. Showed he cared and that made me feel better. He reviewed my plan of care for when I got home. Highly recommend

Was recently injured and was taken in the ER. Dr. Ball was professional, accurate with the diagnosis, and extremely caring. He is very bright and has a wonderful bedside manner.

Ordered tests without ever seeing my son. Rude to me, rude to the nurse treating my son. Prescribed an antibiotic that could not be found at any pharmacy in town because it apparently is not used anymore. Wrong dianosis! TERRIBLE
