Fantastic physician. Great communicator with a wealth of knowledge on orthopedic subjects, especially hands and elbows. If that is where your problem is located, call and ask for Dr. Fahey at OrthoSouth. It is just that simple. My pain was in my thumb, and he was able to examine me, have x-rays done, diagnose the problem, prescribe a brace, and thoroughly explain to me what was happening and what I could do to avoid surgery and allow my body to heal. What more can you ask? Brace was fitted same visit and the pain is already improving. 10 stars for doctor and staff!

I was in this past Tuesday for, what I thought, was a sprained pinky finger. Turns out I broke a couple of small bones in my hand. He put a small splint on and it’s helped tremendously along with not using my left hand. Thanks for figuring it out.

When I called to get an appointment, I actually asked to see Dr Riley Jones, as I had seen him before with a foot problem & really liked him! The girl told me Dr Jones was no longer a "foot" doctor & suggested Dr Fahey, which was fine! I DID find out later that Dr Jones still specialized in "feet" problems! Can't help but wonder WHY I couldn't see Dr Jones--he works same location that I saw Dr Fahey for my appt! Of course, nobody could tell me why I was told this when I asked--not very professional in my opinion! I did like Dr Fahey, but felt like he rushed thru my appointment!

Great bedside manner! Was quick and efficient! Went into great detail about my husband’s surgery options. We were able to book surgery very quickly!

Being a new patient of Dr. Fahey, I was highly impressed with his "bedside manners, caring attitude, friendliness and his professionalism. He immediately examined my wrist joint, and listened intensely, to my description of where the pain was located. After which, he ordered an inhouse x-ray, From those results, he thoroughly explained the issue, as well as recommended over the counter hand medication and exercise options.

Dr. Fahey was down to earth and comfortable to talk to. He ultimately corrected the issue causing the nerve in my hand to operate as it should. I have no regrets with having to pay a surgery bill bc it was worth it. Dr. Fahey is top notch.

Great bedside manner and personality! Very good at explaining things on a novice level and obviously knows his stuff! His staff was awesome as well!!
