Dr. Christian Guier

The best doctor you could ever wish for. I wish he could be all mine.

I would like to address the 2 negative reviews. "Peter", perhaps Dr. Guier cares for you and doesn't want you to develop an addiction to pain medication. As for that second completely ridiculous, review, written by an un-named, so-called patient... If this person's words were born of anything but jealousy in order to slander and sabotage Dr. Guier, then why say that? He's by far and away the best Doctor anywhere near here. Jealousy will move people to do hateful things. Now, my story. After receiving inncorrect information, and no diagnosis from Dr.'s Beck and Skeene at Teton Orthapedics. I suffered unbearable pain, lost 30 pounds (I didn't need to loose any weight and so resembled a skeleton). I was 26 years old at the time of my injury . After a year, I found my way into Dr. Guier's office. He made the correct diagnosis within a day. Because I was given an incorrect diagnosis for so long, my back problem turned into something that I will have for the rest of my life. I'm 32 now and… have had numerous procedures to date. I haven't suffered from the level of pain I endured that first year for a single day since I met Dr. Guier and the treatment Plan he put into action immediately. He gave me my life back. I will be eternally grateful.

I comprehensively damaged my knee in Jackson Hole in spring 2000 and am to this day grateful to Dr. Guier for his superb handling of a condition which might have crippled me. My consultant in the UK knew of and admired Dr. Guier and was very impressed with the work he had performed on me.

Showing up for surgery the good doctor forgot that I was getting a cadaver tendon. I had the option of rescheduling or harvesting my own. After all the complications of setting things up I had to go ahead with getting the surgery with harvesting my own. Before being released I realized that Guier had written me a prescription for pills that are half my usual effective dose. I complain and he tells me that it is more than he usually gives. Am I wrong in believing that I should have options and care that I paid for?

I have seen Dr. Guier for many years. I would not see any other Dr. He has always treated me with respect. I trust him completely.
