Dr. Christian Gary Gussner, MD

Went in because I was referred to Dr. Gussner , waited 55 min to see him for 5 min. And was told there was nothing he could do , nor was there enough wrong with me . I've been in pain , often severe pain depending on movement for quite some time . He didn't take the time to treat or ask about the pain , just asked about what previous doctors had assessed. He acts like his word is absolute , and its a very arrogant kind of bed side manner .

I'd recommend him in a heart beat!!!!!

Not much help. Good on his lap top. Over two hours to get in and out and offered less help than my family Dr. I will not go back.

Very disapointed as I came here as a patient in need of help. Hardly saw him and he was on his computer the whole time. He told me there was no reason to see him as there was nothing wrong with my back. Made me feel as if I was just a seeker. Which he would not provide me with any medication. Im not mad about that as my personal Dr. Has sympathy and understands and believes me. He kept referring to a problem that was not related to his practice and thatbI did not even metion to him. He referred me to more physicsl therapy. Hello guy! I already did that and found no relief and thats why I came to you! He didnt even want to give me the patient portal info because it wasn't nessacery for me to contact him. Yeah nope. I will be gladly going to see someone else. I work full time and wasted two days that a real doctor could have used to try and help me. Very upsetting. Before I saw him I looked at his ratings which were very poor. I guess I was in the wrong for giving him a chance.

When your in pain you want answers not someone to tell you that you've had chronic pain for 5 years and he doesn't know what it is and he cant help you. Worst Doctor I've ever been too. I would never recommend him. Not even to my ex husband!!!

This man has to be in the wrong business he is lacking in every skill it takes to be a good doctor. He has no compassion appointments with him involve him typing into a laptop and ignoring his patient, asking the same questions over and over again confusing patients with previously seen patients, failing to follow up on imaging reports, and probably worst of all refusing to admit he doesn't know what's wrong he's so arrogant he will not refer people out for surgical consults without what seems a battle. Avoid this man like the plague wish I had been given a referral to someone else. You have been warned.

Each time I have an appointment he comes in asks a few questions, types on his computer the whole time & then is done in about 5 minutes. I never get the feeling like he actually cares to hear what I have to say. Also, it is very hard to get a hold of anyone to make an appointment. If his "secretary" doesn't answer the phone you have to leave a message & she will not call you back. This has happened to me on numerous occasions.

The staff and Dr. Gussner were very caring and attentive. I have hearing loss and they made sure i was comfortable and they spoke so that I could understand and this lessened my anxiety level considerably. They were all very pleasant and made what could have been a terrifying experience into a good one.

This doctor should learn how to communicate with his patients. Getting annoyed when questioned regarding care outcome and future options is inacceptable. He has no bedside manor at all.
