Dr. Christian Nathan Kirman, MD

Dr. Kirman has a gentle approach. He is kind and professional. His staff, especially his P.A. Katie, and office manger Yvonne, are super personable and have great bedside manner. Dr Kirman gave me back something I lost decades ago. Here's to better health, more self confidence and being my personal best. Thank you Dr Kirman, thank you!

I had gone in for a consultation, at least a month back. I had decided that he was my first choice. I had unfortunately not asked to see pictures during the consultation, so since then I have been calling to see pictures, only to get told by the person answering the phone - "the doctor is away on vacation,or he keeps all the pictures on his ipad, so I need to get him to email me some or leave his ipad with me". All I wanted to see was pictures just to calm my nerves before committing to the appointment, even though I was near 100% that I would go with him. I have called at least twice a week since then, left messages through their website and still no call back. I find it strange that it is so hard to see pictures, is it that horrible and difficult of a request? I am not asking them to send them to me, I have been willing to come in with advance notice so I can tell work that I am going in late or need to leave early.

Dr. Kirman is incredibly reliable, patient and kind, his medical assistant (Yvonne, she is like an angel) is the same. Having breast cancer and having to do all these surgeries can be stressful but knowing I am under the hands of Dr. Kirman I feel beyond comfortable. It’s hard to feel like a stranger when this doctor treats everyone like family. He is great answering any questions and knows how to interact with his patients.

Dr. Kirman is a kind, compassionate, and caring surgeon. I was fortunate to have him as a surgeon at SFGH. That place can be a bit of a zoo and insanely chaotic, but Dr. Kirman was always patient, pleasant professional and polite.

Dr. Kirman is very pleasant and extremely professional. He makes you feel at ease with his kind and professional demeanor. He is patient and very pleasant. He spends adequate time with you and is very concerned about your well being. He is one of the kindest physician I have encountered; and I have had numerous physicians being diagnosed with breast cancer.
