Dr. Christian Leonardi, DO

I’m not sure what happened with this guy, but the last two times I saw him he was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and dismissive . Two visits ago, I started to bring up an issue I was having. He cut me off, shushed me, held up his hand and said “Yeah, we’re not here to talk about that today so stop.” The last straw was my last visit with him, where he actually stood up across from me and raised his voice at me, blaming me for a mistake his office made in ordering bloodwork - again. This was incredibly shocking considering he’s normally so soft spoken. Perhaps he’s dealing with some personal issues but he’s been extraordinarily unprofessional the last few times I’ve seen him. The office staff isn’t any help. Phones go unanswered and messages go ignored. It would take me four phone calls just to get through to make one appointment, which would be then be rescheduled by the office, not once, but twice.

Once in with Dr.; listened to new symptoms and immediately referred to a specialist based on medical history. He also took time review and explain tests and check on other medical issue procedures. His approach was thorough and ended up being the right next steps giving me added confidence in handling my medical needs.

Dr. Leonardi has been my primary care physician for several years. Whether I see him for an annual physical or for a health issue, he's always kind, thorough and knowledgeable. He always takes the time to answer my questions and I never feel rushed. His manner is very professional, yet friendly. He's genuinely concerned about his patients' overall well-being. I also see one of the physician's assistants, Dimitri Ghecas, PA-C, at his practice and cannot say enough good things about him as well. The entire staff, including nurses, medical assistants and office staff are all fantastic. I can honestly say that this is the first medical group I've felt 100% comfortable with and I highly recommend them. They are also excellent in getting back to me promptly when I call or email with questions or concerns.
