Dr. Christian Robert Mitchell

I’ve been seening both husband & wife , the Dynamic Duo of Dentistry. I never wait more than two minutes in the waiting room, the entire dental team is extremely easy to work with , scheduling billing ,dental hygienist & the doctors. I just moved into town with an emergency practice it took me right in ever seen them before that and I’ve been going there ever since ,they are Phenomenal, Give them a shot , you won’t want to see anybody else after that.

Mr. Dr. Mitchell (he and his wife share the office) was very professional, and managed to throw in some compassion along the way. The initial consult showed an infection from a decayed tooth. I was given the proper meds and sent home, to return three days later for a decision to repair, or extract the tooth. The Dr. offered choices, and I opted for extraction. It was close to painless, and over quickly, afterwards I was told they would prefer I stayed until any bleeding stopped The office is on the shore of lake Erie, with picture windows looking to the lake, so I stayed for the 10 minutes until all was well. I very much appreciated not being shuffled out to pay the bill and leave,(which is what happened in East Aurora, with an unnamed firm with the initials W,M LLC) The entire staff was to be commended, all were helpful, and understanding. I have no problem recommending this dentist
