I’ve never met a nastier doctor nor staff. Rude, condescending, accused me of lying about being in pain. Offered me absolutely no suggestions besides the epidural and when I pressed suggested asking my primary for psychiatric medications. Suddenly got super booked for four months out when I needed an appointment when the last times I tried he was available two weeks our.

I wish i could give Dr. Piccolo and his staff 20 stars+. He is very professional and takes the time to understand and treat what a patient is going through. He is a caring doctor and the best doctor i have found in 15 plus years for my spinal stenosis, herniated disks, sciatica, arthritis and lower back pain . If you are suffering please do not hesitate to make an appt to see him. Dr. Piccolo will help you i promise you! And did i mention staff is great! Office is clean and very prompt.

His staff consists of a couple of nasty, rude women. He himself is nasty as well.

NYP should never give Piccolo's name as a source for Pain Management. He is an angry, rude, crude, poorly equipped, probably marginally trained misery of a human being.

As I have seen this doc more than once, my trust is taking a nose dive. He is very ambiguous and never seems to give much of an opinion. I can’t seem to get him to give any recommendations or a clear answer that meds are the only option I have. At my last visit I explained that my new neurologist is putting me on CYMBALTA. Piccolo then tells me it’s the best med for fibromyalgia! If he knows that shouldn’t he have put me on it! Don’t waste your time with this one.

Inconsiderate, nasty, non-caring, unprofessional and someone who doesn't value the Hippocratic oath one iota. If he is the only doctor available in NY, do yourself a favor and drive to another state instead.

I litterally could not walk from a herniated disc, Ll4-L5 plus a piece of the disc was on a nerve. After an MRI, and 3 epidurals I am walking fine, with little to no pain. Because of Dr Piccolo 's expertise and excellent treatment I have been able to avoid back surgery. Office is clean, comfortable and staff are very welcoming and courteous.
