Dr. Christian Westermeier, DDS

Welcome to Wellness Dental, my name is Dr. Christian Westermeier, DDS. As a 4th generation dentist, I am very excited to provide you with high-end surgical and restorative dentistry at an affordable price in the Glendale, AZ area. 

My roots are in Buffalo, NY where I spent most of my life learning to love being outside, snow or sunshine. Having attended both high school and college at Jesuit institutions, I developed a strong passion for community service. While obtaining my DDS at the University at Buffalo Dental School, I furthered my commitment to service by becoming the president of our outreach group, BOCA. There I was able to learn how impactful it is to help someone be able smile again.

Education & License:

I believe implant dentistry is the best, and only true tooth replacement solution. From my early involvement in the dental field as a dental assistant in an implant focused practice, I knew I wanted to be able to provide implant dentistry to my patients. I …became a prosthodontics major in dental school where I began to hone my implant knowledge, and later completed an implant based AEGD residency program at Implant Pathway to advance my dental implant skill set. I love my profession and enjoy getting to provide implant dentistry at Wellness Dental everyday, as well as helping educate other dentists about dental implants.

Clinical Expertise:

My past experience as co-surgical director in a large not-for profit implant center has accustomed me to many unique and challenging single tooth and full arch implant cases. Additionally, I have helped mentor and teach other aspiring implant dentists at Implant Pathway, ranging from simple to complex implant procedures.

I have seen first-hand how intimidating the dental office can seem, especially when it comes to any surgical procedures. If you find yourself at all hesitant to come to our office, I am happy to tell you that we offer all levels of sedation to help your experience and treatment go as smoothly and enjoyable as possible.

When I am not in the dental office I enjoy hiking, skiing, swimming, rollerblading, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills. I love going on adventures and exploring new places whenever I get the chance. Otherwise, my love for implant dentistry drives me to seek continuing education courses where I learn to advance and perfect my implant services.
