Very thorough exam. Did not rush through the visit. She is always very pleasant and nice. Her staff is also very nice and professional! She ordered a very extensive blood exam. Thank you!

She did not listen to anything I had to say but came to her on conclusion. Did not address any of my concerns

I had another appointment 30 minutes before seeing her. First she tells me that I should not have scheduled my appointment that close. Really!! Horrible bedside manners. My coworker warned me but I wanted to see for myself. She’s very condescending. Inconsiderate of your feelings. She’s very rude and it’s all about how busy she is comparing herself to my PCP. I will never see her again and I advised my family not to schedule with her. I was so upset, I wanted to walk out! I really want my co- pay back!??

In a recent visit with Dr. Degrange, I was disrespected as a patient, made to feel as if I didn't care about my health, reprimanded, and basically dismissed bc I missed my previous year's annual appt. I am unsure why I missed it, but what was baffling is the fact that I am fairly young and healthy without a significant health concern. She also implied that I didn't follow the plan of care by a specialist I was referred to, which wasn't the case. Dr. Degrange does not have bedside manners, not cordial, and does not display the characteristic of a warm, welcoming, caring, or concerned physician. In my opinion, she should not be serving patients because she does not have the demeanor or temperament to interact with the public as a healthcare provider. She is ruining Ochsner's name and brand. Note all the reviews here. Not one positive one, and this has been going on for years. This needs to be addressed. She needs to take a class to be mentored (unfortunately, because she should be… mentoring the next generation of new, young physicians). I am most disappointed in her.

She was completely disrespectful to my husband who was there to tell her about my symptoms. Dr. LaGrange attributed me being hospitalized 2 days ago, as well as a problem i've been having for 3 years, to a prescription i've never had an issue with, then wouldn't listen to my husband or I about issues with my thyroid and with my blood pressure dropping due to potassium levels being low for 3 years now. she literally walked out of the room while my husband was talking to her and simply marked that I was in perfect health on the paperwork. This is clearly untrue as I am having problems now that had me in the ER. This woman should not be in patient care whatsoever, there's no remedial course that can fix her attitude. Worst Dr ever experienced

This doctor is by far the worse doctor I have ever seen. Her bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. She is uncaring and does not respond to messages. In the process of looking for a new PCP.
