Dr. Christie Lambert, AuD

Christie Lambert, AUD, is an audiologist. She cares for patients of all ages and specializes in the diagnosis, treatment and management of hearing disorders. Dr. Lambert has training in both clinical and rehabilitative audiology. She has clinical expertise in implantable devices, such as cochlear implants and bone-anchored hearing solutions as well as hearing aids.“As with most helping professions, I love being able to make a direct impact on a person's quality of life by improving their ability to communicate and engage in the world around them,” she says. “Understanding each person's individual needs and working with a multidisciplinary team to meet those needs makes audiology a very rewarding and fulfilling profession.”Dr. Lambert grew up locally in Pittston. She completed her bachelor and doctoral degrees in upstate New York and worked briefly at a VA Medical Center. She decided to return home to be closer to family. In her spare time, she enjoys …cooking and baking, trying new recipes and entertaining. She notes, “I also play pool on an APA team, which most people don't know about me. I'm not very good, but it's enjoyable and gives me something to do outside of work.” She and her husband have 2 children. She’s also a pet parent to a senior cat named Callie.
